Marina Vello lança música com poema de Vladimir Mayakovsky

Marina Vello acaba de iniciar o seu novo projeto, que falamos lá na nossa entrevista com ela, mas relembramos aqui: “Marina é agitada e diz que além disso tudo está com outras ideias: “Além do Madrid e desse disco eu estou pensando em musicar poesias, fazer algum show com interpretações do Vladimir Mayakovskye algumas da Silvia Plath””

Então agora, com exclusividade para o RockInPress, a cantora liberou hoje a primeira dessa série,  um poema de Vladimir Mayakovsky, que foi encontrado no bolso dele, ao falecer em Abril de 1930:

Past one o’clock. You must have gone to bed. The Milky Way streams silver through the night. I’m in no hurry; with lightning telegrams I have no cause to wake or trouble you. And, as they say, the incident is closed. Love’s boat has smashed against the daily grind. Now you and I are quits. Why bother then To balance mutual sorrows, pains, and hurts. Behold what quiet settles on the world. Night wraps the sky in tribute from the stars. In hours like these, one rises to address The ages, history, and all creation.
